After my time in the USN, I became a personal trainer in Ft. Greene Brooklyn getting people fit and teaching martial arts, then I traveled, trained, learned and taught in NY,CT,HI,CA,VA. Fast forward 10+ Years of knowledge and experience teaching the striking arts with performance training brings me to PA!
I run a barebones program with my martial arts and fitness, all body weight and free weights and using the environment for success. Pursuing endurance based exercises that increase your mental fortitude as well as the physical strength and abilities gained,
My philosophy revolves around empyrean performance, integrity, hard work and faith. I truly believe that where ever you are at, there is a place you CAN be, that is far superior than you could imagine yet also more attainable as well.
My training style revolves around the consistent focus of dynamic movements, full bodied utilization and true endurance based work that challenges the mind and spirit.
I have over 10+ years teaching experience with 18+ years of my personal experience which make me confident in my ability to serve all of you.
I will help you climb this mountain to the very top as long as you want it too!

This my tried and true 3x3 self defense course!
3x per week 60 minutes per day
Every 3 months we progress to a new level of efficiency-
First 3- Boxing basics( Head-movement, Foot work, Basic strikes and blocks)
Second 3- Kickboxing basics(Adding a variation of kicks and counters)
Third 3- Close range tactics(Elbows, Knees, body manipulation)
Final 3- Putting it all together!
Benefits: Confidence, Cardiovascular improvement, better balance and coordination, great for personal protection.
This course is all about increasing your performance regardless of your starting point!
3x per week- 60 Minutes per day
Here we establish a fitness baseline using a PT test- The mission here is to see a 20% increase in your scores every 2-3 Months! Aiming to achieve 100% Improvement in 12 Months!
Benefits: Enhanced metabolism, improved strength, speed, agility, range of motion, better endurance capabilities mentally and physically.
This is my personal favorite!
A hybrid 30 min PT-30 Min striking work
3x per week 60 minutes per day
I love this program, it will involve a similar 3 month progression like my self defense course, except that the exercises and striking techniques progress in tandem. This is a hardcore learning and physical experience that is super engaging and a client favorite.
Benefits: All around improvement especially in will power, focus and determination.
These packages are for those who want to achieve their fitness goals and build momentum for a better life style!
4 hours of 1 on 1 Training time
(1 session per week)
Best for those who want a supplemental fun, hardcore workout or have serious time constraints.
8 hours of 1 on 1 Training time
(2 sessions per week)
Best for those who are looking to build consistency and is the minimum I'd recommend anyone train who wants real results.
12 hours of 1 on 1 Training time
(3 sessions per week)
This is best for those committed to change or growth and where I have seen the most clear results in my clients.
These packages are for those ready to really level up to take your fitness to new heights!
16 hours of 1 on 1 Training time
(4 sessions per week)
Best for those with some real short term goals or health and fitness improvement is an immediate priority.
20 hours of 1 on 1 Training time
(5 sessions per week)
Best for the grind lovers, weddings in 30 days or a good ole fashioned ass kicking month to get you in gear!
Price per Person for groups up to 4- Same Monthly Structure
These are more structured classes to deal with the amount of participants or specific clientele group.
This option is best for schools and recreation centers. I aim to offer discounts to public schools and non profits when possible.
This I do rarely because I believe that being in person is part of the service experience but will offer on a case by case.
This option is best for private events and afterschool programs.
